-Facilitate recreation and leisure inclusion through leisure planning, information sharing and referrals, and support in overcoming barriers to participation
-Support services for children and teens in community-based leisure and recreation opportunities during the summer, Christmas and Spring Break
-Information and referral service regarding community-based leisure and recreation opportunities
-LEISURE ASSISTANCE: a one-to-one volunteer service that assists people with disabilities in accessing leisure and recreation opportunities of their choice
VOLUNTEERS are also available to play cards and join in other activities with clients
-Training and orientation for community organizations and groups (e.g. barrier-free design, activity adaptation, integration, philosophies and values)
LEISURE ASSISTANCE PASS: free admission for assistant to all municipal recreation facilities and some private sector venues. Pass is issued to the person with the disability.
-Distribution of a quarterly newsletter.
